JJ is the founder and Principal of James & Co. with almost a decade of experience in corporate and conveyancing. A graduate of the University of Wales, Aberystwyth, he was appointed as an Advocate & Solicitor in the High Court of Malaya in 2015.
Having started his career in litigation, JJ now focuses his practice on corporate advisory and property transactions. He is experienced in handling share purchase agreements, commercial and residential property transactions, financing documentation, and legal due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and IPO processes.
JJ has worked with companies in various sectors such as oil & gas, property, and capital markets. His thorough and strategic approach has earned him the trust of both individual clients and public companies.
